A fashion insider revealed, 'They're making huge offers to people from Saks, and people are quitting left and right.' This is further supported by the New York Post's exclusive report that Bergdorf Goodman employees have noticed significant unexplained deductions in their paychecks since January 1st.
But Bloomingdale's isn't just attracting employees; designers are also looking to jump ship due to unpaid bills. An insider confirmed, 'Given the landscape, employees from our competitors, as well as several brands, are coming to us to discuss opportunities.'

Saks Global CEO, Geoffroy van Raemdonck, stated, 'We are initiating a series of actions to reinforce Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, and Bergdorf Goodman as the ultimate destinations for luxury with a seamless multichannel shopping experience.'
